I love logos and good design.
But when a logo meets bad design it really gets my feathers ruffled!
If you’re like me then you’ll get a kick out of www.yourlogomakesmebarf.com.

The site shows “what can go wrong when an unskilled person (your neighbor’s brother’s uncle’s friend anyone?!) designs a logo. So leave the designing to the designers and browse through some of these fine examples of what not to look for in a logo. Barf bags recommended.” Ouch!
Bad design is not hard to find. Within moments I found these in my immediate area.

Bad fonts, bad colour scheme, bad white space, bad imagery, do I need to go on?
Just because your logo is barf-worthy doesn’t mean your product or service is… so for heavens sake find a professional!
Good logos require time and involve great forethought. A good logo should be a financial investment but also something that will benefit the long term growth of a company.
Please take your logo seriously, it’ll make Inspireling happy!
